Updates, your know... Friends from Western in the people section. Blah blah blah.

I never shoot anymore. Pretty sad.

Everyone is out of town... I have been watching Seinfeld pretty much all night.

Oh crap, so many things. Lots of stuff changed around. I made a few new pages.

The time between now and my last update has been full of more changes than ever before. For one thing, I got a new camera for Christmas, the Canon Elan 7ne. And it is amazing.

So needless to say, I've been shooting a whole lot lately. I have never really done much night time stuff, and recently that's pretty much where all my free time has gone... So much that I made a whole new page just for shots of downtown Memphis. I have indeed found a new love for urban exploring.

Bowling Green doesn't have much to explore though... I started my first semester at WKU a month or so ago, and it is so very different from Memphis. Never thought I'd miss Memphis as much as I do.

But yeah, lots of updates and even more coming. Not working at Wolf makes it hard to put stuff onto the computer, but I'm figuring it out. This weekend I'm going to Chicago to see The Pogues (!!!), so expect lots of stuff there, and I've also got a lot of shots from Wicker and The Holiday on the way.

A lot of updates. Today at work we were kind of slow so I scanned a whole bunch of old negatives I have been meaning to get on here for awhile...

Band updates, for sure. Two Flatfoot shows, and Anathallo as well. More in the People section.

College is crazy! Next semester I'm transferring to Western Kentucky. What else is new... Fletch and I went to Chicago last week and it was incredible. I'm sick, kind of lame. Blah, blah, school, work... I hardly ever get the chance to shoot anything anymore.

Next semester I don't get to print my own stuff anymore, and that sucks big time. I am totally going to have to save all my film for when I come home so that I can print it at work. Lame.

today at work I scanned a bunch of stuff I've been meaning to get up here for a while. A bunch of the shots look like crap because I don't have an editing program on my laptop, and when I resize them I have to use Microsoft Paint.. and saving them as jpgs pixilates them, and it sucks. So yeah, disregard that.

Added The Holiday to the bands page, also a few more from Colour Revolt and the Raleigh Symphony. A lot of new stuff on the peolpe page, a few more structures. I think that's it.

You guys take it easy.

I love pretending like people actually visit my page.

wow, has it seriously been that long?

College, yeah, blah. I am so so busy.
I wish I were shooting more. I love film way way too much and so it's harder to get stuff up on here. All I use pretty much now is that AE-1. I love it. Looove.

A few more people up, black and whites from Cornerstone.

Maybe tomorrow at work I'll scan a large stack of prints that have been collecting on my desk for the past few months. Hopefully. I am tired, goodnight.

Cornerstone was way too much fun.

I shot 7 rolls;  and it has taken me awhile but I've finally gotten everything developed, processed (except bw), printed, sorted through, scanned, resized, saved onto my computer. I put up the photos from Flatfoot 56 and Man Alive on the bands page, still have a few more from Summer League and Luminate, among others.

I have been doing some looking and I found the scanner I want... it is pretty nice and will hopefully allow me to update more frequently. I doubt it though, I'll still be busy.

I move into my dorm a month from yesterday, and start classes the 28th of August. I'm pretty pumped.

Hope summer has been treating everyone well. Enjoy it while it lasts!

through with high school, finally. I wish it felt more like summer... I have been keeping very busy with work.

I have a ton a photos I'd like to put on here that never got scanned when I had acess to the yearbook scanner. I may be getting one soon though... either that or invest in a film scanner. The yearbook one was decent; I'd like maybe a nicer one. Who knows. Man it is summer time.

The only update I got to today was a few shots I took of Kaitlin and Marie the other night. I shot almost two rolls that night, but for now you'll have to settle for the temporary, consolation photos I took with the xt, considering my scanner situation and all.

boy, it has been a while... I have been super busy lately with work and getting ready for school and the like... Spring is totally here and I am all about it.

I put up a good deal of pictures that I've been meaning to get on here for a while... I made two new pages - one for photos of bands and one for my trip to New York City. Oh man what a fun trip that was! I am so in love with New York.

The bands page is a work-in-progress... I'm in the process of gathering more show pictures everyday every once in a while so if you're in a band and care about how stupid you look on stage, check back every couple of days weeks.

Whewee, lots of updates. Hope you all are doing well. Enjoy your last few weeks of school until the summer. Right on.

A few small uploads, mainly portraits...

So I got grounded from using the XT that my mother and I share. Kind of a bummer, but it has made me all the more fond of my AE-1 program. I also ordered a new rebel film camera off ebay, to replace my long-time friend captain ahab (my first SLR, which was stolen a few months ago). It'll be nice to start shooting some more film again.

Lately I've been super busy with my job and lots of other things as well. But I don't mind working... It sounds lame but being at a place where I'm constantly surrounded by the thing that I love doing is such an awesome feeling. I know that the developing and printing that I do isn't necessarily very manual, or complicated. But, I don't know... that place inspires me. Lame? I don't care.

A few small additions... I exceeded my bandwidth at last update so I think things weren't working for a bit. Good thing that's all fixed up.

If anyone has a site they'd like to be added to the link page, let me know (meredithwad@gmail.com).

Hope you guys all have a fantastic new year. Come see The Colour Revolt at the Hi-Tone next Wednesday.

I've changed some things around... I didn't like the photo album too much; it really distorted everything and I wasn't too huge a fan of the thumbnails either. I transfered the photos from there onto full pages. So no more photo album.

I also added a guestbook... feel free to comment if you'd like. This whole thing is still a work in progress... Hope everyone is enjoying their holiday season (only 19 more days left until I go back to high school!)

And I got a new job at Wolf Camera... and I am so pumped. I have been wanting to work at a camera store since as long as I can remember.

Ok. So. This site is brand new and I hope I can make it look a little nicer sometime soon. Hope everyone enjoys stuff on here. If not, I really don't care. Take it easy.
